We’re making some changes to our fleet and schedule, to reshape our business and ensure it is fit for the future, both in response to the impact of Covid-19 and in support of our drive towards greener, more sustainable air travel.
As a result we’ll be moving our flying programme from London Gatwick to our London Heathrow hub, while continuing to fly from Manchester, and retaining the opportunity to return to Gatwick in the future.
If you've been impacted by these changes, we’ve updated our rebooking policies to ensure you have the flexibility you need with your upcoming travel plans. The following applies to bookings made before, or on 12th May, including tickets that would usually be non-changeable.
If you were originally due to travel by 30 September 2020, you may be eligible for increased flexibility as per Covid-19 guidelines
There's no need to contact us right now. If your booking has been impacted by the changes, we'll be proactively contacting you in the next few weeks with the alternative options available to you, including flights from London Heathrow or with our partners where possible.
